Managing Partner
Reuben Rosado
Background
Reuben brings institutional investment experience, and analytical rigor to the fund. He has worked as a finance consultant to fortune 500s, pioneered novel fund management software as an executive in the cryptocurrency space, and built asset management products for institutional investors while at a major exchange.
All the while, Reuben has invested in his own HCVP real estate portfolio, and holds the conviction that HCVP rental properties (done right) are the most efficient way to turn a collection of capital into a river of capital.

Responsibilities
Reuben is ultimately responsible for the partnership delivering on its performance. Day-to-day, Reuben manages the firm's operations, capital controls, and investor relations.

Managing Partner
Justin Wassil
Background
Justin has managed real estate investment projects for over a decade, specializing in single family homes.

Over that time, Justin has developed an plethora of relationships that allow him to produce off-market opportunities.
​
Justin has has specific knowledge of markets across the US north east and east coast, down to which neighborhoods are the most investable.

Responsibilities
Justin is responsible for deal flow. He ensures capital is deployed efficiently, carries out negotiations, maximizes voucher values with public housing authorities, and puts the proper team in place to quickly stabilize the property.

Head of Property Management
Adam Keiger
Background
Adam's background is in rehabilitations and construction management. He has rehabilitated over 1,000 properties over his 20+ year career, many of them affordable single family homes. Adam is an expert at understanding how to quickly get a property PHA inspection-ready as efficiently as possible.
Adam also has extensive experience with HCVP tenants in our markets, often knowing them by name. He knows who the quality tenants are, and how to keep them.

Responsibilities
Adam sees to it that rehabs & repairs take place quickly and within budget. Adam also places tenants, performs inspections, and handles ongoing management of the properties
